About FluxCo Technologies

An AI-accelerated software studio.

Founded in 2025 by Eden Wong, Nader Ayyad, and Ali Ayyad. Based in Vancouver, BC and Auckland, NZ. We co-prototype with the people who'll actually use the software, then ship it to production fast.

What we do

We build software the same way good products get built: with the user in the room, on a real URL, against real data. AI-assisted development means the bottleneck shifts from "writing it" to "deciding what to write." That changes the math on prototyping and shipping. Read about our 3-phase method →

Three service lines:

AI Strategy

Figure out where AI fits your business. Roadmaps, use-case prioritization, and governance so your investments deliver.

Build & Ship

Apps, websites, and AI tools. Prototypes in days, production in weeks.

Integration

AI wired into the tools your team already uses. Not a separate system to manage.

Who we work with

SMB decision-makers, founders, ops managers, property managers, architects, builders. People who don't have time for a six-week discovery phase, and who want to see something working before they sign a longer engagement.

Tools we've shipped are in daily use at:

A Pacific Rim AI studio.

Vancouver and Auckland sit at opposite ends of a corridor that already exists. Canada and New Zealand both signed CPTPP in 2018, and both joined DEPA, the digital trade pact covering AI, cross-border data, and e-payments. Canada's Indo-Pacific Strategy (2022) names New Zealand as a partner for AI and advanced-technology cooperation.

The infrastructure is real. NZTE runs a Vancouver office with five trade commissioners supporting 400+ New Zealand businesses across North America. Air New Zealand flies YVR to AKL daily on the 787-9, year round. New Zealand's AI Strategy 2025, "Investing with Confidence," targets $76B in economy contribution by 2038, with doubled R&D funding and a new Institute for Advanced Technology.

FluxCo is one founding pair across that corridor. Eden in Vancouver, Nader and Ali in Auckland. Async by default, with a real overlap window in BC mornings and NZ afternoons. We did not invent the geography. We are working in it.

The team

Founders

Three co-founders. Engineering-heavy. The people you talk to are the people building the thing.

Where we're based

Vancouver, British Columbia · Auckland, New Zealand. We work both locally and remotely. Most of our clients are in North America and Australasia, but we've taken on work elsewhere when it fits.
