Building. We start with the work costing you the most and put a working version in front of your team early. Building is how we learn your business, so it never stops.

Running it. The people who built your system keep it running, fix what breaks and change it as your team asks. No handover to a support desk.

Questions about pricing
No. The retainer runs month to month. We would rather keep you because the work is worth it than because a contract says so.
Building is how we learn your business. Every week we build, we understand your workflow better, and that knowledge stays with the people running your system instead of leaving at a handover. Software also keeps changing once people use it, so a fixed scope agreed up front is usually out of date by the time it ships.
Scope: how many systems we run for you and how much new product work sits on top of them. After a first call, we come back with a monthly figure, and we agree it with you before we start.
Yes. Other projects, such as a one-off build, are priced case by case. Tell us what you need and we will quote it.
Software licences, such as Jira Service Management, are billed to you directly by the vendor. You own the accounts and pay what the vendor charges.
Yours. We bill in Canadian, New Zealand or US dollars, whichever your business runs on.
Yes. The code or platform setup, how it runs and the handover notes are yours. If you stop the retainer, you keep all of it.
