Ali Ayyad, one of our engineering co-founders, is based in Auckland. He handles initial conversations and on-site work in New Zealand. We build remotely, with async communication that works across the Auckland/Vancouver time zone gap. When a project calls for being in the room, we are there.

We have shipped Pass the Report, a marketplace for resold building inspection reports built from Auckland and currently in user testing with buyers and inspectors across the city. We are honest that our New Zealand footprint is newer than our Vancouver one. That is a single project — a real one, not a slide.
No. We work across New Zealand and take on projects from Australia and North America. Auckland is our base in the Pacific; we work remotely when that suits the project and client.

Our current New Zealand work is in PropTech and marketplace businesses. We are open to other sectors where the problem is concrete and the user is accessible. The model that worked for Pass the Report, validate with a real user before building, applies across industries.
